Beaumont Medical Transportation takes pride in serving you and our community. This pride is reflected in each of our employees — whether on an emergency call, wheelchair transport or answering your sales or billing questions, BMTS employees deliver the best customer service.
Beaumont Medical Transportation offers non-emergency transport to wheelchair bound patients from the Beaumont Hospitals to nursing homes and private residences. Our staff is trained to provide you with safe comfortable transportation including assistance from door to door.
The Beaumont Medical Transportation Quality Improvement (QI) program monitors each call for technical excellence and top-notch patient care. Through the QI program, and continuing education for both EMS and non-emergency vehicle drivers, our employees are better equipped to handle patient care and sensitivity issues.
Beaumont Medical Transportation offers timely service. Our dispatchers can pre-schedule transportation appointments days, even months in advance. We can even arrange your last-minute patient transportation needs.
As a not-for-profit, locally owned organization, Beaumont Medical Transportation takes an active role in our community by providing transportation and education to health care facilities, municipalities and the general public.
